What is The Presidents Club?
The Presidents Club is a one of a kind organization. The Presidents Club will afford you the opportunity to network with other Presidents that are influential decision makers. This organization has a truly exclusive membership base as only Presidents currently serving their condominium community and meeting certain criteria can be a member and attend our events and podcasts. Presidents networking together is extremely beneficial as this sharing of information can lead to a better understanding of what is going on in the industry. You would be surprised at the similar situations each condominium community shares with one another. It’s likely your neighboring condominium President is already a member.
Who can join The Presidents Club?
There are currently three different types of membership in the Presidents Club. Only Presidents currently serving their condominium community and meeting certain criteria can be a member and attend our meetings. The conditions of the Gold membership are that the Association has a budget of more than $1,000,000.00. The conditions of a Silver membership are that an Association has a budget between $500,000.00 and $999,999.00. The conditions of a Bronze membership is an Association budget between $100,000.00 and $499,999.00.
Are dues associated with membership?
There are no dues associated with the membership. We only ask that in the event that you are no longer President of the Association, that you pass your membership on to the new President. We also ask that you reach out to a neighboring qualifying Association and invite the President to join our organization.
What are the benefits of membership?
The benefits of the membership are tremendous. Networking with other Presidents and learning what is happening in the industry is our greatest benefit. We also have introduced the Association Purchasing Cooperative (organized by two of our member Presidents) which allows Associations to join together to purchase goods and services. as a group. We have also been discussing how to offer each Association a special discount card for goods and services that you can provide to the unit owners in your Association.
